Reflexology is an ancient acupressure therapy and a manual compression modality that can be applied to the feet, body, hands, face, and ears. Reflexology uses the same meridian zones as the modality Acupuncture. The body’s organs can be manipulated and stimulated by compression and massaging the reflexes, points, areas, and zones on the body.

In one session every organ and system of the body are stimulated to promote healing.  It is used to guide the life force energy anywhere in the body to help stimulate, unblock, and promote healing of the internal organs and systems.
